Basic Intelligence:
1. Intelligence, on any subject, wich may be used as reference material for planning and in evaluating subsequent information.
2. The compilation of all available data and information on several subjects of broad interest to policymakers and other members of the intelligence community; fundamental, comprehensive, encyclopedic, and general reference material relating to political, economic, geographic, and military structure, resources, capabilities and vulnerabilities of foreign nations.
3.
